Adrian Langan

Account Advisor

Adrian Langan is an Account Advisor with DHR Communications. A PR consultant with 15 years’ experience, he specialises in corporate communications, public affairs, media relations and media and presentation skills training.

During his time working with PR firms in both Dublin and London, Adrian has represented organisations in the transport, energy, education, media and social care sectors, amongst others.

Adrian enjoys working on complex projects, finding solutions to problems, and working together with colleagues to plan out new directions and approaches. He has extensive experience in handling a wide range of communications challenges and in the delivery of campaigns.

He delivers media and presentation skills training for clients across a range of sectors, preparing them for national media interviews, as well as major speeches, interviews and presentations. He also works in a voluntary capacity with many groups, encouraging people to develop their skills and confidence in public speaking.

Adrian was Chief of Staff for the then Leader of the Labour Party, Pat Rabbitte and was Campaign Director of the Irish Alliance for Europe during the second Nice Treaty referendum. He is a columnist with the Western People newspaper.

Adrian holds an MPhil as well as a BA in History and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin. While at Trinity, he was President of the Students’ Union and was a national debating champion.

Outside of work, Adrian’s interests include following the fortunes of the Mayo football team and reading history.
