Stephen Moloney

Account Director


Stephen Moloney is an Account Director at DHR Communications, with more than six years of communications experience, comprising public relations, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, journalism and creative consultancy amassed from a variety of sectors.

Stephen takes a leading role with many clients, acting as the day-to-day contact, and works across DHR to support and enhance all aspects of service delivery. He specialises in communications strategy and plan development, and the concept and delivery of end-to-end media relations, stakeholder engagement, marketing and digital communications campaigns.

Stephen holds a BA in Sociology and History of Art and Architecture, and an MSc in Politics and Public Policy, both from Trinity College Dublin.

With a keen interest in writing and publishing, Stephen has been editor of multiple sections of Trinity News and Totally Dublin and has contributed words and images on a freelance basis to The Irish Times, IrishTimes.com, Totally Dublin, GCN, Dublin Inquirer, the Irish Independent, Independent.ie, Hello Gorgeous and Thread. He is the founder of masc.life, an online platform aimed at the LGBTQ+ community.

On a voluntary and pro bono basis, Stephen has worked with a number of LGBTQ+ organisations to apply his interest and experience in advocacy, campaigning and communications, particularly in the area of improving sexual health outcomes among members of the LGBTQ+ community.
