A successful public profile begins with support from internal stakeholders, staff and volunteers.

Employees are a key stakeholder group and potential brand ambassadors who are often overlooked in stakeholder planning. Successful engagement with staff helps to foster pride and ownership within an organisation, and can lead to increased productivity and reduced staff turnover.

As part of DHR’s internal communication offering, we review internal communication processes, identify problem areas, and advise on and manage the improvement of internal communication systems between senior management and their staff.

DHR has also devised a bespoke programme to help staff communicate their own work, and that of their organisation. Our Championing Your Work session is an integral part of our internal communication offering and helps staff own and share common values, while providing an opportunity for team-building.
